Phase 1: Arrival & Trek to Everest Base Camp

Day 1-2: Arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal; expedition briefing & gear check.

Day 3: Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, trek to Phakding.

Day 4-5: Trek to Namche Bazaar (Acclimatization day at Namche).

Day 6-7: Trek to Tengboche, then to Dingboche (Acclimatization at Dingboche).

Day 8-9: Trek to Lobuche and then to Everest Base Camp (5,364m).
Phase 2: Acclimatization & Climbing Rotations

Day 10-15: Acclimatization at Everest Base Camp, icefall training.

Day 16-25: Rotation climbs to Camp 1 (6,000m), Camp 2 (6,400m), return to Base Camp.

Day 26-35: Rest days, climb to Camp 3 (7,100m), return to Base Camp.
Phase 3: Summit Push & Return

Day 36-50: Climb to Camp 1, Camp 2, Camp 3, and Camp 4 (7,950m).

Day 51-54: Summit Mount Everest (8,848m) and descend to Base Camp.

Day 55-58: Trek back to Lukla.
